about Spencer
Wat up! I like long walks on the beach and pretending that I have a little shack on the beach where I sit in my rocking chair(after my long walk on the beach), while writing and talking to people about life.

Um, well I recently moved down to Greenville and am trying to sift thought this craziness called my life. Woulda been nice if doc coulda given me like an instruction manual when he went thrustin me out the womb. I never really liked instuction manuals anyways, so I probably would have used it to start a fire. Let's see, I really love to write. I've written a few articles on church, justice, poverty, and politics that I've tried getting published, getting one published for Relevant Magazine and another for the Burnside Writers Collective. I've also recently started writing for a sports/outdoor website called Skinnymoose at www.skinnymoose.com/fore. I'm hoping to get some feedback and see if this could turn into a career and maybe writing some books. Well uh, this is kinda awkward and I don't know what else to write and I have to go pee. Aight peace out.
Church Involvement: What's a church?
Church Interests: Christian Education
Hm, well my 9th grade economics teacher told me that everyone has a twin somewhere in the world, so I'd like to meet my other half. She said hers was in Poland. She did look polish. Actually I don't know what Polish people look like. I had a polish hot dog one time I think.

I'd like to meet someone who could help me get a book published. I'd like to meet Ravi Zacharias and C.S. Lewis. Those are 2 of the most brilliant men I've encountered, yet they found a way to be humble and to be relevant to those they were engaging. I'd really like to meet other people who could really push me to be a part of something bigger than myself.
I think this is the place where you're supposed to put like Jesus is your hero, but I really don't have any heroes.

Spencer Spellman's hobbies
I really like doin stupid stuff, kinda like what they do on Jack A, but I'm pretty chicken and haven't done anything like that in a while. I think it'd be pretty rad to ride a kayak down an esclator. I love most sports, golf and basketball for sure although I went on the golf range recently and think I would've had better luck throwing the balls. Hiking's pretty sweet. I of course love to write and also read. I like playing video games. Tiger Woods Golf is probably the best ever. It should've won a grammy. I like hanging out with friends and talking about life. Checking out a good band rocks.
My music interests change all the time. Here lately I've been lovin the Killers. Along with the Killers, i've been listening to David Crowder, David Gray, Ben Harper, this wicked guitar player named Justin King, Amy Winehouse, Nappy Roots, Ben Folds, Maroon 5, Gorillaz, Staind, and Amy Winehouse. This list changes often.
Man this list could get pretty long. I love just about any movie where there's this epic battle between good and evil. Although I think Harry Potter is stupid. I love really dumb movies like Monty Python and Napolean Dynamite. Some others that are at the top of my list are Spy Game, Man on Fire, LOTR: Return of the King
Well I don't have television anymore, and wouldn't mind if I never had it again. However, I've become quite addicted to The Office and Lost. But Sportscenter is the best show ever and the greatest invention ever is Sportscenter's "Top 10 Plays" and then the second greatest invention ever is "web gems".
I love anything by C.S. Lewis and Ravi Zacharias. I'm currently working on Les Miserables and just finished the Davinci Code. I've really come to appreciate and enjoy Don Miller.
