about Sara
I love to read and I believe that paper is still an incredibly viable medium :) . I am an English Literature major and aspire to work at a publishing house in some capacity (editing perhaps).
My dream is to help bring new books into the world that will free minds and spark imaginations.
Denomination: United Methodist
Church Involvement: Visit sometimes
Leadership Involvement: Will help when asked
Church Interests: Missions
kindred spirits, mothers, students, people
My Grandmother. (I know, its cheesy) but no matter what she encounters in life, her faith and trust in the Lord never waiver. Go Granny!

My son, Adam. He is hilarious and humble.

Anyone who has ever written poetry-ever.

Darlene Deibler Rose, Olaudah Equiano, Beki Test

Sara Freeburg's hobbies
Perpetually happy people tend to peak my interest-who are they? where do they come from? its creepy
There is an independent rock station here in Columbus called CD101. LOVE IT.
I recently saw Sweeney Todd. To Mr. Depp and Mr. Burton-never change. Helena Bonham Carter is also amazing as usual.
Some of my favorites- Dead Ringers, Children of Men, The Simpsons Movie, Who Killed the Electric Car?, anything Kubrick, The Cooler, Volver, Pan's Labyrinth
Ugly Betty is back! I am officially excited.
Now if only The Office would get its butt back on the air....I know, I know, I support the writers, I just miss my shows!

Bengals games....maybe....I'm a little frustrated at this point, but I made it through the 90's, so what the heck......
I just finished reading an autobiography from the series "Lives of Faith" published by Harper San Francisco. It was titled "Evidence Not Seen: A Woman's Miraculous Faith in the Jungles of World War II",written by Darlene Deibler Rose. This book changed my life. Cliche, maybe. True story, absolutely. Anyway, I encourage any and everyone to read this book, especially if you are struggling with some faith issues of your own.

Under the Tuscan Sun, The Kite Runner, Al Franken's "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them"
Harry Potter, C.S. Lewis, Franz Kafka's "Metamorphosis", Stephen King (some), Shakespeare, the Bible(of course)...
