philip fidler's hobbies
Reading, writing, studying the Bible and great Christian literature, following the modern worship movement, serving Jesus, CLEMSON TIGER FOOTBALL, jogging, camping, hiking, anything outdoors! I love to fish and just be outside enjoying God's creation! Oh yeah, NASCAR!!
David Crowder Band, Passion Worship Band, Hillsongs, Delerious?, U2, Disciple, Sanctus Real, some other classic country like Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash. Really a variety of stuff!
Not a huge movie buff, but I love the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Shrek, the Bucket List, etc.
Mostly sports, Law and Order and forensic/crime investigation stuff!
"Desiring God" by John Piper is perhaps the greatest and most influential book I have read. Right now I am doing small group studies on AW Tozer's "Pursuit of God", and Tim Keller's "the Reason for God". I have read a lot of John MacArthur, James M. Boice, Martin Lloyd Jones. Also, the "Ragamuffin Gospel" by Brennan Manning is one of my favorites. And "Be Last" by Jeremy Kingsley. Those are all more recent ones, I love books and read a lot!
