about Steven
I'm currently working at University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia, doing staff IT support. I greatly enjoy my job, but I wouldn't say I 'love' it. That is to say, it's not what I see myself doing in a few years time. I plan on doing grad school - once I figure out exactly what I want to study in grad school. The other big hindrance is money, since I plan on doing at least part of my studies at seminary; and, unlike most grad school programs, they don't pay you to go to seminary. So until then, I'm chillin' in Philly, working my day job and taking in life.

I was born in the wrong country/decade.
Denomination: Presbyterian Church in America
Church Involvement: Member
Leadership Involvement: Will help when asked
Church Interests:
Living or dead: Russell Kirk. He was a conservative political writer in the middle-late 20th century. A truly great mind, and I'd love to pick his brain about current political on-goings.

Living: Warren Haynes. Lead guitarist of Gov't Mule and Allman Brothers. He's an amazing guitar player, and it'd definitely be sweet to sit in with the band to jam a bit.
My father, first of all, who passed away a few years ago. Since then, I've lived my life in order to make his legacy known, in a manner of which I know he'd be proud.

Calvin Coolidge is my favorite president, and we have so much in common, and he's my example of what a politician should be. He's my inspiration that politicians don't have to be boisterous baby-kissers, pandering to the people. When I run for office some day - one of my many life goals - I want to operate as he did.
