Director of Administration
First Baptist Church of Peachtree City
Objective To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by empowering the organization directing and coordinating the administrative functions of the church
Financial: Overall responsibility to ensure that the church office is operated in accordance with the business controls established by the Senior Pastor, Church Treasurer, and Finance Committee
Staff Supervision: Working with Personnel Committee, manage the administrative and support staff with the objective of maximizing employee job satisfaction and administrative efficiency
Building & Grounds: Supervise all church property and grounds maintenance, ensuring that the church facilities provide an environment conducive to implementation of our ministry programs.
