Well, I grew up in Raleigh, NC, but have travelled around a bit before recently setting down in Atlanta. Other than North Carolina, I've spent a lot of time in Colorado and love it out there. I married up..way up in August 2007. My wife, Elizabeth (everyone calls her Beba) started a new job with a law firm, Alston & Bird. I started working with Livekite at the beginning of the year after working on the road with a custom magazine publisher for the past 6 years. I am invigorated to have a new challenge and feel blessed to be part of something so cool, creative & meaningful.
Here's a collage of photos of my life--my folks, childhood, dogs, wife and travels. It's been fun so far.

Hmnn..a hero-- I guess my Mom is my hero because she has been through so much suffering as a child and chose to embrace the beauty in life as opposed to the sadness. Her dad ran off when she was 4, her mom was killed by a drunk driver when she was 5 and her brother has been in state hospital ever since. She basically raised herself and has an amazing, strong disposition. She is also an advocate for mental rights and writes children stories. She's got it figured out and is always happy.
Music. Travel. Dogs. Making Videos (see my Blogs). more...
I try and play the guitar when I can. Beba and I are learning to garden and we're landscaping our yard which is our new favorite hobby. We love to take our dogs Marley & Riley everywhere. Marley is the world's coolest and most well behaved puppy. I used to live in Telluride, CO, so I snowboard whenever I'm lucky enough to be around snow. Snorkeling probably takes me to the most peaceful place on earth, though I often have nightmares of getting eaten by a shark. I can hold my breath under water for a ridiculous amount of time. I'm way into live music- which is everywhere in Atlanta. I eat sushi... a lot. Like a lot of guys... I am fascinated by anything electronic and I'm an early adopter of new technology--I was the first kid on the block to have an Atari 2600 and I got an iPhone as soon as they came out. And, I still love video games, most recently the Wii-- Rockband, anyone?

It's been a busy year--getting married, relocating, traveling for work and now new job. TV doesn't fit in, EXCEPT for a couple of shows that I make fit in: Lost & Heroes. Okay...and the Office, sometimes. On HBO I like Flight of the Concords, Curb your enthusiasm and entourage.
David Sedaris books (loved Me Talk Pretty One Day), I like the fountainhead, Tom Robbins (especially jitterbug perfume) Orson Scott Card, Purpose Driven Life, C.S. Lewis, the entire Harry Potter Series. Most recently I've read Sedaris-Engulfed in Flames, Marley & Me....and am currently reading and loving The Shack.
Philip is the most creative person you'll ever meet (that's a strong statement, I know)! He can draw, he can write stories. He's funny. And he can pick up a guitar and make up a song about anything. Wish I'd gotten a little musical ability like him. Sigh...
