I absolutely LOVE the Appalachain Mountains and enjoy spending as much time in them as possible!! I enjoy hanging out with family and fellowshipping with my friends. I like adventure...sky diving...roller coasters...canoing down the river. I prefer to be active but do enjoy a lazy day every once in a while. I enjoy almost all sports (playing and/or watching live or on TV). I would say that my favorite past time is laughing!!
I typically listen to Christian music all day long. A few of my favorites.....Third Day, Casting Crowns, Chris Rice, Jennifer Knapp, Shawn McDonald, Aaron Shust, Mat Karney, Caedmon's Call, BarlowGirl. I am a sucker for oldies music as that is what dad always had on the radio as I was growing up. And of course I love me some 80's music...Bon Jovi, Cindy Lauper, Madonna, U2, Chicago, Reo Speedwagon, Tiffany just to name a few.
Well, my all time favorite is still The Goonies. I enjoy an array of movies from romantic comedies to action packed gory films. Just a few of my personal collection...Tommy Boy, You've Got Mail, Legends of the Fall, Shawshank Redemption, TombStone, Return to Me, Wayne's World, Wedding Singer. I have an extensive collection of the SNL the Best of...
Well, I try not to watch too much TV. I don't have cable so my options are limited. I do enjoy watching the Law and Orders, CSI's, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Super Nanny, etc.
I honestly don't take much time to read. When I do finally sit still long enough to read something, I tend to stick with the Bible as I cannot devote myself to finishing whole books. Though the last book I read, was Unhindered by Jana Spicka (a lady from my church who has a heart for 'damaged' women regarding self-esteem and self-worth).

So Rico set a new record (it will NOT be broken)... 2 times in 3 days before going to Montreat with Luvee, and 1more time after returning... you know where I found him? (Not at the vet's front yard grazing like a cow this time...) I FOUND HIM LAYING IN A HONEYSUCKLE BUSH WITH A CAT BY HIS SIDE, COVERED IN HONEYSUCKLE FLOWERS (so hard to spank him for chillin' with a kitty-kitty and smelling like flowers!) AND LOOKING AT ME LIKE: "AWWWW DAD!! DO I HAVE TO COME HOME??" and his new little friend gave me a look like "AWWWWWWW DOES RICO HAVE TO GO HOME ALREADY, MR. SUAVE-HOCKISS?" I'm telling you, my dogs are unique and all, but this takes the cake!! HE THINKS HE'S A CAT~COW~PIG~BABY HIPPO!!!!!! =) |
