I am a christian and have been since I was 12 years old. I am a father of 4 beautiful children, 3 girls and our youngest is our little boy...Alexa,12; Lillian,9; Emily,3; and Gabriel, 6 months. I have been married to my wife Pam for 14 years(in July). I have served in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years as a member of the military police. I currently am a registered nurse and work in our local hospital in the emergency room. My family has had its ups and downs in the past 14 years and certainly our share of trials and tribulations. My daughter Lillian was born on my birthday December 15, 1998 with a rare and fatal heart defect called hypoplastic left heart syndrome...the left ventrical didn't develop and would surely die soon after she was born if no intervention happened. Amazingly enough looking back on everything, God's miracles still happen in today's world and my daughter is living proof surviving 3 open heart surgeries(the first at 2 days old) and not only survived but is an active healthy 9 year old. She takes a baby aspirin daily and has yearly doctor visits. 9 years to the day of her first open heart surgery (December 17, 2007), Gabriel Isaiah Miracle was born. His name means "God is my strength" and "God is my Salvation". Certainly fitting. We are very blessed to have our 4 beautiful children.
We love family time...doing things together whether it is traveling, watching a movie or playing in the pool. We love fishing and going to the beach. Having barbeques with all of our extended family and friends. Pam loves to cook and I love to eat. lol.
We love pretty much all music except hard rock or rap.
Can you say BARNEY?, PRINCESSES, and DANCING/SINGING CRABS? Pretty much children's stuff. Love to see Gabriel's eyes light up with something new and his laugh comes straight from God Himself.
Ok, I love to watch sports. Not exactly the rest of the family's interest but hoping Gabriel will continue to watch with me when he gets older. Also, we like animal planet, food network, Home and Garden, Discovery and TLC. Wife and daughters like to watch John and Kate plus 8 and I like the history channel too.
Kids love to read. Nancy Drew, Junie B. Jones, and Dr. Seuss. Golden Books are good too. We like to read also but busy schedules usually rule and we don't have much time. Hello, can you say the BIBLE?
