I'm a simple person really. I'm on this journey and am doing my best to hear from God and to place my feet where He wants me to. My desire is to be that "good and faithful servant" I don't want to meet Jesus someday and find out all the things He had for me that I missed. I want nothing less than all that He has for me. I am just going through life; sometimes I stumble along, but always I am humbled, honored and grateful for each encounter; for each opportunity to serve the Kingdom. I pray each day to live intentionally, purposefully and in the moment.

Heroes? I don't know.... I guess (and this is going to sound really weird) my heroes are some of the people in the Bible that really stepped out and did tough things. To name just a few: Apostle Paul, Moses, Abraham, Jacob, Esther, Enoch, Joshua, Noah and many, many more.

Hiking, movies, music, reading, writing, I love nature & animals, zoos, etc. I love to travel and see God's creation. I listen to a lot of podcasts (sermons) I love to learn and grow and journey with the Holy Spirit; it's quite a ride!
I love to volunteer and serve at ministry events to serve the Kingdom. To be part of the work that God is doing on earth is an honor and I'm so grateful!

Most everything that's considered Christian Contemporary (I guess). To name a few: Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Matt Redman, Charlie Hall, Rebecca St. James, Christie Nockels, MercyMe, Steven Curtis Chapman, Geoff Moore, Nichole Nordeman, Audio Adrenaline, Bebo Norman, Delirious, Desperation Band, Jarad Anderson, Joel Hanson, PFR, Lincoln Brewster, Ashley Cleveland, Terry McMillian, Inner Flame -- there's just way too many to list!
Oh! and I love Blues!!! Mostly Jonny Lang, Debbie Davies, Edda James, Eric Clapton, Delbert McClinton, Otis Redding, Minnesota Barking Ducks (does anyone remember them??? I have an old cassette that I swear was recorded in someone's garage it's such a poor recording; but I love the songs!) -- again I can't remember them all or list them all.
AND...the old ones are still good ones to me: CCR, Janice Joplin, Kenny G, U2, Bob Segar, Bruce Springsteen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Michael Jackson (I know...), Neil Diamond, Peter Frampton, Journey, Carole King, Billy Joel, Rolling Stones, Prince, Aerosmith, Fleetwood Mac, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, and many more!
