I am married and learning how to enjoy the "empty nest." My daughter is engaged and plans to be married in May/June of 2008. My son, Luke, and his wife, Helen, are expecting their first child, so that's occupying my thoughts a lot lately. I tutor people with dyslexia, dysgraphia, processing disorders, or some other issue that keeps them from enjoying reading and writing. I like to watch documentaries about other places in the world (currently the Middle East). I paint a little and love to teach art and art history. I like to garden - - sometimes. I love good food and friends. I like to read and play sudoku, which are, of course, mutually exclusive.
