Yes, it hasn't gotten a bit cooler the last couple of days. A welcome relief I must say. Dawn and I celebrated our 28th Anniversary last Saturday(June 7). We went to a movie (Indiana Jones) and out for dinner (Kara Mia). Both were nice. Then went to Macy's where Dawn picked out a little something for her present. I'm not good at planning gifts, and this year was no exception. The plan I made 3 days prior didn't pan out. Got my bike fixed last week, so back on the road again for me. Maybe shed a few pounds. I wish gas wasn't $4 a gallon, makes a trip to the Silver Comet Trail so unappealing. I screwed up on June 1st. I was supposed to work sound at Church, but saw it as the wrong date. I played hooky and THEN realized I was supposed to be there. Sorry Tim and all worship Team members, I screwed up big time. This past Sunday I played as a fill in for Mike, and will play my normal spot this week. All the kids are moved out at one time. We have our basement back, and it's great watching TV, shooting pool or throwing darts where it's so much cooler. I missed that. Dan's car had some issues on Monday, but the good guys at Team 1 fixed it by Tuesday. Dawn's looking for a job, if anyone needs some part time help, she's open to check it out.
