Here is our timeline: July 18: Everyone signed up on livekite July 29: Auction teams / leaders confirmed Aug 1: Table Sponsors Confirmed and paid Aug 19: Event sponsors confirmed Aug 27: Invitation Party September is official basket month. Invite your friends, churches and civic groups to create and donate a basket for the silent auction.
