**All Items Must be turned into a Wellspring Store by October 3rd.

July 29: Auction teams / leaders confirmed
Aug 1: Table Sponsors Confirmed and paid
Aug 19: Event sponsors confirmed
Aug 27: Invitation Party

September is official basket month. Invite your friends, churches and civic groups to create and donate a basket for the silent auction.

Oct 3: The deadline to have Auction Items into one of the Wellspring Stores, but the sooner the better!

We wanted to be sure to include you in the preparation for the Gala Wellspring is hosting October 16th at Fernbank. We have been blessed with a GREAT organizational team who has created a format that includes a lot of people doing a small portion to facilitate a wonderful event.

In order to save gas and time, we have scheduled 3 meetings around the city. Please choose the one that best meets your schedule and location.

June 16th; 6:30PM: Wellspring office (140 Howell Rd., Suite C-2, Tyrone, GA 30290; 770-631-8888)
June 24th; Noon: Heiskell School (3260 Northside Drive, Atlanta, GA 30305; 404-262-2233)
June 24th; 7PM: Wellspring Home (3089 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096; 404-427-3100)


At this meeting, you will be given all the information and materials to equip you to do your part for the Gala. We will have 2 additional meetings before the end of August.

The monies raise will go toward the ministry of Wellspring, which includes the Wellspring Home and Wellspring for Girls. The financial needs are great, and this is a wonderful way for us to help spread the awareness of Wellspring and what God is doing and also raise needed funds.

We am so grateful to all of you for your faithfulness to the ministry God is doing through Wellspring Living. We look forward to seeing you at one of these meetings in June!
