Asheville. We love it. We hate it (sometimes). It's gotten hip enough that we don't have to use the words "North Carolina" when we describe it. This group is for anyone who lives in or near Asheville, Or people who just like the place. Especially dedicated to our many friends who would love to live here if there were proper, paying jobs available.

Open to discussing the music scene, restaurants, the arts, the great outdoors, whatever you find fascinating. Asheville: where aging hippies, wealthy northerners, mountaineers, and southern fundamentalists all meet, and somehow manage to get along.
