Topic: Anyone know any really cool websites?
Original topic created on Sat, July 28th, 2007 @ 9:59AM

I was just thinking that I would share some of the more useful websites that I have found and if anyone else knows of any maybe they could post them up here too. 1) answers.com : the best site I have found for finding out alot about just about anything. 2) rareseeds.com : it's where I order all of my seeds for my vegetable garden from. They are all heirloom, and not GMO. 3) sacred-texts.com : I know we're all Christians here but if your interested in reading about other viewpoints or other world religions you can get a taste of pretty much all of it here. 4) bodybuilding.com : I'm NOT a body builder, but this site has all kinds of workouts to stay in shape for whatever schedule you have, it also has great prices on vitamins and supplements if you buy that sort of thing. 5) betterworld.com : if you like to read alot, like I do, then you need to know about this site. It's a place that sells used books for incredibly low prices, all of the procedes go to fund literacy, and FREE SHIPPING! 6) backcountry.com : good site for outdoor gear at good prices. 7) mobile9.com : all kinds of cool suff for your cell phone for FREE. Well that's a few of my faves right now, let me know if any of you have some of your own.

I'd never heard of /betterworld.com-- I'll have to check it out in the future when hunting for a title (actually, I just did, and they didn't have any of the three I was looking for). I use bookfinder.com to find the cheapest used books that are in good condition. It searches online bookstores and tallies the results by price. Very nice. I also like rottentomatoes.com for movie reviews. They somehow add up movie reviews and give an overall score-- helps me decide what to spend my hard-earned $8.50 on. Metacrawler.com is similar, but also covers music, books, etc.
