What did you all think of the debate? What did it make you think about? What did you learn, if anything? Would you want this to happen more regularly? |

I think it should happen more regularly. The debate we had was good, but almost TOO broad. If possible, I think it would be really great if we could have debates over much more focused issues such as the existence of God, the infallibility of the bible, etc. I don't know how feasible that is though. Oh, well, it was a good experience anyway. |

I talked to Paul yesterday about trying to turn this into a series. We'll see. Glad you enjoyed the debate. I think it would be good to hear more about how the Christian worldview actually accounts for things that non-Christians know in their hearts, i.e. murder is wrong. I think I'd enjoy doing a discussion/debate with Paul now, but I'd want to check with the RUF students first before doing that. |
